The fancy light brown Assher cut Diamond with a weight of 2.65 ct and si1 quality is certified by the Swiss Gemmological Institute.
The Asscher cut was created in 1902 by Joseph Isaac’s grandson. The cut is similar to an emerald cut in a square shape, and was extremely popular, particularly in Art Deco jewellery designs. It reached its peak popularity in the 1920s.
The colour is incredibly harmonious with the rose gold and the black stone emphasizes the contrast.
(It is an Actinolite, not very well known but beautiful)
